Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower legs or hands correspond with areas of your body, helping the body to restore & rebalance itself naturally.
Reflexology
Reflexology Treatment & the benefits.......

On your first visit, there will be a consultation with myself. Following this I will begin to work on your feet using a variety of techniques. There may be mild discomfort in some places, but it is fleeting and is an indication of congestion or imbalance in a corresponding part of the body. These reactions will be noted for future reference to be used in your follow up sessions. For most, the treatment experience will be gentle, soothing and relaxing.
You need to remove only your shoes and socks. Although not mandatory, wearing loose clothing will ensure you are not restricted during treatment.
Following a treatment, a feeling of well-being is usually noted though sometimes people report feeling tired or tearful; this is transitory and is part of the healing process. This is good information to feed back to myself as it shows how your body has responded to treatment.
Having regular treatments has been shown to be beneficial for treatment of:
relaxation, release of tension, improved sleep, improved mood and increased wellbeing.
Reflexology cannot cure an illness but I can support you whilst you are living with an illness, through Reflexology.

Reflexology treats the 'whole body & mind' and therefore creating
a greater sense of wellbeing.
